1. Not financial advice
MeeSeek is a price-tracking and research tool for sealed trading card products. Everything shown on this site — prices, charts, indices, screens, portfolio totals — is informational only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer, market-maker, custodian, or advisor. Sealed card products are a speculative, illiquid market. You can lose money. Past prices do not predict future prices. Do your own research and consult a qualified advisor before making purchases.
2. Data accuracy
Prices on MeeSeek are sourced from third-party data providers and updated on a schedule. We do our best to surface accurate data, but we make no guarantee that prices are complete, current, or error-free. Treat everything as a reference point, not a transactable quote. Verify on the actual marketplace before you buy or sell.
3. Your account and portfolio
If you sign in with Google, we store an identifier that lets us associate portfolio entries with your account. If you do not sign in, your portfolio lives only in your browser’s local storage and is lost if you clear site data. Either way, your portfolio entries are your own data — we do not share them with anyone else.
You are responsible for the accuracy of entries you record (quantity, cost basis). You may delete your holdings or your entire account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t try to break the site, scrape it at scale, or redistribute our aggregated data as your own product. The underlying price data is licensed from a third party and is not yours to republish. Don’t use MeeSeek to attack, harass, or deceive other users or third parties.
5. Availability
MeeSeek is provided “as is.” We may change, pause, or shut down features at any time, with or without notice. We aim for uptime but do not guarantee it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MeeSeek and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, missed opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything it shows. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy is to stop using the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
