1. Not financial advice
MeeSeek is a price-tracking and research tool for sealed trading card products. Everything shown on this site (prices, charts, indices, screens, portfolio totals) is informational only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer, market-maker, custodian, or advisor. Sealed card products are a speculative, illiquid market. You can lose money. Past prices do not predict future prices. Do your own research and consult a qualified advisor before making purchases.
2. Data accuracy
Prices on MeeSeek are sourced from third-party data providers and updated on a schedule. We make no guarantee that prices are complete, current, or error-free. Treat everything as a reference point, not a transactable quote. Verify on the actual marketplace before you buy or sell.
3. Your account and portfolio
With Google sign-in, your portfolio is stored on our servers and synced across devices. Without it, your portfolio lives in your browser’s local storage and is lost if you clear site data. Either way, your entries are your own data and aren’t shared.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of entries you record (quantity, cost basis). You can delete your holdings or your account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t try to break the site, scrape it at scale, or republish our data. Underlying prices are licensed from a third party. Don’t use MeeSeek to attack, harass, or deceive others.
5. Availability
MeeSeek is provided “as is.” We may change, pause, or shut down features at any time, with or without notice. We aim for uptime but do not guarantee it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MeeSeek and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, missed opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything it shows. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy is to stop using the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
